How do I join a game?

Someone in the room hosts a game and gets a 4-letter room code. Open the app, tap Join a Game, type the code and your name. That's it, no account needed.

My phone died mid-round. Am I out?

No. You have a 60-second window to hop back in. The game replays exactly where you left off with the same photo, same ballot, and same time remaining. The round keeps going for everyone else in the meantime.

Do I have to share my photos?

No. Choose “I'll just play along” when the game asks for photos. You skip uploading entirely but still vote, guess, caption, and score. See our privacy policy for how shared photos are handled.

Does everyone need to buy the Party Pass?

No. One Party Pass covers the whole room, so if the host has it, everyone in the room plays with every mode unlocked and 5–100 rounds.

What can I play for free?

Guess Who is free and unlimited. Each of the other four modes gives you one full game for free, so you can try it with your friends before deciding. After that, those modes need a Party Pass. There are no ads anywhere in the app.

How do I cancel my Party Pass?

The weekly and yearly Party Pass are subscriptions managed by your app store, so cancel them in your Apple or Google account subscription settings. The lifetime Party Pass is a one-time purchase with nothing to cancel. Reinstalling? Tap Restore Purchases on the Party Pass screen.

Can iPhone and Android players play together?

Yes. With one shared game and one shared room code, the app works the same on both platforms.

Why does Guess When skip some photos?

Guess When only uses photos that carry a real date. Screenshots and images without date information sit that mode out.
